The sessions progress in a logical order, starting with an assessment of your basic knowledge, followed by the creation of effective strategies and methodologies tailored to your needs.
The pace of your progress through the lessons and work will depend on your current knowledge and study commitment. Sessions are pre-paid in blocks of 5 or 10. Once you have completed the structured content, you have the option to transition to ad-hoc or one-on-one coaching mentoring. The usual sequence is Intense Mentoring followed by Ad-Hoc Mentoring or Coaching.
Session durations typically range from 1 to 3 weeks, taking into account your personal responsibilities, work commitments, and allocated study time. It is important to keep the lessons within 3-week intervals to maintain momentum and maximize the effectiveness of the mentoring process.
